Sinopsis
Bokor, sebuah kapal besi gergasi yang asalnya dicipta untuk menghadapi bencana hujan tahi bintang menjadi satu-satunya tempat manusia berlindung. Once your payment has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email from IMAN Shoppe Bookstore with your order number (e.g., #111***). Please keep this number for reference to your purchase details.
Changes to the delivery address after purchase are not accepted. IMAN will process your order based on the information provided at checkout.
Orders cannot be changed or added to after a successful purchase. To purchase additional books, please place a new order through the website; it will be shipped separately.
Shipping Policy
Delivery takes 2–3 working days within Peninsular Malaysia, up to 14 working days for Sabah and Sarawak, and 2–3 weeks for international deliveries. Delivery times exclude Saturdays and Sundays and are based on order number sequence (e.g., #111***).
All parcels will be shipped using IMAN’s designated courier service, except for deliveries to Sabah, Sarawak, and international destinations.
A tracking number will be sent via email from IMAN Shoppe once your parcel has been processed.
Self-pickup for pre-order items at IMAN Media Group’s premises is not available.
Damaged or Missing Parcel Policy
For issues such as damaged item, incorrect order received, and delayed or missing parcel, please submit a report to IMAN Customer Service here. IMAN will contact you via email within 24 working hours regarding the replacement item. Note: You do not need to return damaged books or incorrect items to IMAN.
If your parcel has physical damage, please report it to both EasyParcel at support@easyparcel.my and IMAN within 24 hours. A replacement parcel will not be sent if no report is made to the courier.
For unclaimed parcels returned to IMAN, you must pay the new shipping fee within one month for the parcel to be resent.
