How to get pre order confirmation?
You will receive a confirmation email from IMAN Shoppe with Order No (ex: #15****) after completing the payment process. This order number is important for any complaints and to review your orders.
Is it allowed to cancel a successful booking?
All orders are FINAL and non-refundables. You are not allowed to cancel any successful orders.
Can I change the address after the reservation is made?
Any change of address after purchase will NOT be accepted and IMAN will process according to the details you have provided during the reservation on the website.
Before checking out, please check all delivery details (Name, Address, Email and Phone Number) you provided with are accurate and complete.
Please make sure there is also a family member/friend/staff at the address of your premises to receive the parcel because otherwise, your parcel will be returned back to us, IMAN Media Group.
Does IMAN provide wish card or gift wrapping services for the recipient?
IMAN does NOT provide wish card or gift wrapping services for the recipient.
How much does shipping cost per purchase?
Shipping costs are subject to the purchase amount that has been generated by the system. You can check the shipping cost when you check out on the website.
When will T Planner 2023 be delivered?
Delivery of T Planner 2023 starts on 1st December 2022 and IMAN will make deliveries on stages.
Can I self pick up a T Planner 2023 parcel?
No. All T Planner 2023 parcels will be shipped out through the courier system and will not be opened for self-pick up.
Can I choose a courier for delivery?
All the parcels will be shipped out with the courier system that has been set by IMAN except overseas.
How long is the delivery time?
For the delivery within Malaysia, the parcel will arrive within 3-7 working days to West Malaysia, meanwhile in Sabah/Sarawak, it will take within 10-14 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Shipping overseas will take 1-3 weeks to arrive at the destination. Delivery delays are expected to occur due to the verification process from the Customs for some countries involved.
How do I track the parcel status?
Tracking number will be provided via SMS and email after the parcel is processed by IMAN. You can start checking the parcel status within 48 hours after you receive the notification from IMAN Shoppe.
Why didn't I receive the parcel yet when I placed an early order on the first day of the pre-order?
The pre-order delivery process is done by stage and systematically. The process will start with delivery within Malaysia and then overseas. We will prioritize a single set pre order process followed by pre order with other books. If you want your book to arrive earlier please make the order separately.
What if I receive the damaged/wrong item from IMAN?
Regarding the above, you need to report the complaint to the IMAN Customer Service Unit within 24 hours after you receive the parcel. IMAN will not process the delivery of the new book if you fail to send the report within 24 hours.
What if I did not receive the parcel within the specified period?
If there is a delay or loss the parcel for 7 working days from the delivery period, you can submit the report to IMAN Customer Service Unit
If the parcel is not claimed, will IMAN send the parcel back?
Yes, we will resend an unclaimed parcel to the customer on the condition that the customer must pay the new delivery cost to IMAN within a week.
IMAN will not serve any claim submitted by any party after a week of receiving the parcel without objection.
